The war in Ukraine and the associated military violence against people in a country in the middle of Europe are also on our minds at KULTUREXPERTEN and KULTURPERSONAL. None of us is indifferent to the fact that thousands of people are suffering, dying or having to flee their country. We therefore asked ourselves whether we could also help with our network and our expertise.
Every day, our aim is to find suitable candidates for vacancies in the cultural sector. Whether for museums, theatres, concert halls or orchestras – we are looking for qualified personalities who can be recruited by cultural organisations as colleagues.
So far, millions of people have left Ukraine and are fleeing to Germany, among other places. Among them are cultural managers, artists, dramaturges, directors, curators and representatives of many other cultural professions. No one knows if and when they will be able to return.
We want to support these people in respect of professional perspective. On the website kulturkarriere.de there is now the possibility to register for the joint personnel platform of KULTUREXPERTEN and KULTURPERSONAL. Cultural organisations can register with KULTUREXPERTEN and/or KULTURPERSONAL with an enquiry or a specific job advertisement and receive (free of charge) documents on suitable personalities who are in Germany or are coming here as a result of being a refugee.
Interested parties can register here and upload their CV in German and/or English. Good to very good language skills in English and/or German increase the chance of a successful placement. You are also welcome to indicate a desired region and a cultural sector in which you would like to work.
